The Auction will be available online until 6.00pm on 4th June 2016.
Bids should be submitted via email to sanmakess@aol.com or by phone or text to Celia Burn on 07515 900081. As bids are received the "Latest bid" will be shown online by the item concerned.
All online bids will then be included at the silent auction being held at the Mad Hatters Tea Party on Sunday 5th June.
If
your online bid is successful (i.e. no one at the silent auction places
a higher bid) you will be notified and the item sent to you on receipt
of a cheque payable to 'Feedback Madagascar' for the amount bid or a donation of the amount bid to the auction Just Giving page. Where there are two or more identical items being auctioned the highest bidders will each receive an item and be expected to pay for it.
Vouchers
will be given for all experiences, holidays, dinners etc and these are
all offered subject to availability. Arrangements should be made directly
with the provider to agree a mutually acceptable date or time.
If an item does not reach approximately its Guide Value it may be withdrawn.
